Cat Water

One of my cats seems perfectly happy to drink out of the bowl... but the other one will sit outside the bathroom door for hours waiting for someone to go past then purr and meow until you open the door and turn the bath tap on for it....

It's true, many cats do prefer flowing water (my vet ex who specialised in cats reckoned it had something to do with flowing water being fresher and less likely to carry unpleasant bacteria). One of mine is absolutely crazy for it - he's jumped in the bath before. Before I got him a water fountain, he would splash the water in his bowl around before he drank it :D

We always give ours a bowl of water, though I've caught them drinking from running taps & sinks/baths/puddles before.

Breeder told us how she always filled their bowls with mineral water.... funnily enough we don't!

Cat playing with the bath, and trying to fish out my foot, is a daily occurrence.... and cat falling in the bath is every couple of days. My legs show the scars :(.

Throw a couple of ping pong balls in the bath my two go bat **** crazy.

Our family cat has a habit of drinking from the toilet, thankfully it's kept pretty clean!

Is hilarious when is slips off the bowl and into the loo!

He loves running water, but does not like getting wet, will play with the tap, but gets scared if you turn it on more than a tiny bit :P

ha, A few months back my cat was in the window overlooking the bath. he gets very intrigued by it. I'm not sure why. Anyways, Long story short his head starts bobbing about, As a cat owner I'm sure you're aware of what this means. Next thing I know the cat has leapt head first into the water. Panicked and left the bathroom. Thing is, It happened so fast. I'm sure he's Jesus cat, I got out and he'd got wet paws and a wet tail, But he wasnt half as soaked as he should have been.
