Just found out the fans speed on my gpu seem to be at automatic unless I open up CCC, is it meant to be like this?

Yes, I definately have.
One weird thing I have noticed is that when the computer is closing down, about a second from power off it does a full blast of the fan, then when rebooted the fan speeds are on automatic until CCC is open.

Semi-bump, I rolled back to 9.8's and still getting this, gonna try a fresh install of Windows to see if that fixes it.
