change the colour msn flashes when you have a new message

I have a theme i like for windows, but when i get a new message and msn is in the background, it flashes in the start bar GREY!! so obviosuly i never see it.

is there any way to change it to orange or something a bit more obvious

I believe that orange thing is a windows alert style thing that happens, so you will have to edit the visual style you are using.

It takes me ages to find skins that have an obvious colour for that alert (tis the same one that happens when for example a program opens in the background)
