Changing Bios on the Asrock 939dual SATA

Any one tell me how to change my bios from the standard bios that have the 274htt lock to the new ocw beta bios7? And anyone had any stable clocks out of these new bios with an opty 146?

flashed using a boot cd that got me to a dos prompt and has asrflash and the bios on a floppy which i used to flash with.
