CHEAP ~£90 1600x900 or lower res monitor

Looking for a decent ~20" screen for a friend who hasnt got a lot of room nor money...

I was thinking about something with lower rest than 1600x900px but it seems like there is no point.

Any recommendations?
Budget can't be stretched any more than this

Yeah, this Dell looks really good. Im only worried that it's VGA only :/ His gfx doesn't seem to have the best VGA output and it would be better to get something with DVI output.

What do you think about BenQ G2020HD or Iiyama ProLite E2008HDD??
