Cheap basic PAYG phone!

Can anyone suggest a cheap, basic PAYG phone? It is for an older person who will just use it for emergencies.

nokia 1100, about 20 quid

I just got my Mum (70) the 1600 Nokia on Vodafone pay as you talk, she could use it straight away. Managed to give me a call on it the next day and she carries it everywhere now. It was £40 but I think you can get it for £30 now.

motorola c155 (if they are still around) for a tenner. Can't beat that, it makes phone calls as well.
