Cheap bike insurance? (have 3 points!)

ok im 21 and have my provisional bike license (CBT) and so far ive tried direct insurance which searches a few insurers to get the quote. They dont ask for motoring convictions and came back with a quote of £371 (TPO) for a 1991 cagiva mito. Bennets do ask for convictions and want £440 (also TPO) (checked and its £310 without my endorsement, DAMN!)

So, anyone in a similar circumstance or know of any insurers that are cheaper?

With Carol Nash they weren't interested in 3 points although I had been riding 6 years at the time and picked them up in the car.

Maybe worth a try?

The premium actually went down this year too (a year after I got the points).

Carol Nash aren't chaep though! But the service and breakdown facilty has been good so far. No complaints from me anyway.
