Help me please im at a loss

Ive been tasked with building a low end pc for my girlfriends Grandmother :o

The thing will literally be used about 4 times a year to send an occasional email but thats about it.

I know second hand is the best way but she wants a Warranty so there you go.

I have a monitor and mouse and keyboard and OS so just the base unit

i dont know how cheap, but this is all you would need or a ddr4 version for a bit more, trouble all the options are out of stock, so if you did want one you would have to try ask or look elsewhere for one.
