Well, I returned the second drive that I purchased on Thursday, I had to wait approx 40 minutes to get the refund, and then I ordered the same drive from a competitor, brand new with 3 years warranty, delivered for £49.

The first drive that I purchased I may put down to a bad experience as I don't know if I can be bothered to wipe the data from the drive and return it.

To be fair to OcUK they have kept the thread open and offered a refund to anyone that wants to return their drives. When I rang customer services and spoke James, I found him very helpful, honest and understanding. Although I have been disappointed with the drives I am pleased with OcUK, if they had deleted this thread I probably would have stopped buying from them

Wicksta: Trust me OCUK customer service is patchy at best. If they are making money they suck up to you like a Amsterdam window girl. If its a RMA they are generally slow, unhelpful and even deceitful with me in the past. But they are often the cheapest and have stock so i guess i'm the whore.....

Looking at the picture does that make Spie is Del Boy and Gibbo is Rodney? :)
