Cheapest Graphics Card for 4k Movies

I’ve basically got some pc parts from my previous build I’m going to use as a media centre for downstairs.

All I’m missing is a PCU and graphics card. The PC will NOT be used for gaming what so ever. Just movies and series.

Just looking for suggestions of graphics cards, cheaper the better but still able to display decent quality. (Preferably able to display 4K movies)

From what sources? Are your sources capable of displaying 4K? An integrated GPU will be fine

Will be displayed on a 75” 4k Smart TV

What is the CPU?

Intel Core i7-3770K @ 3.50 GHz

I asked for your sources - are you talking Plex, web based video sites or what?

That CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics so that’s out. At the moment you’re looking for a cheap, basic video card. Practically anything will do

Oh my apologies. It will be things like Streaming sites (I.e. Netflix, Amazon), Blu-Ray Movies and a streaming app to watch series/anime that aren’t accessible in my country etc.
