Whats the cheapest price these are selling for and where? Also what is the equivilent versions of this phone on the other networks?

Does anyone know when the XDA Zinc or XDA Flame is going to be released?

I must say though, after O2 dumped htc they seem to be making some good new pda phones. :)

O2 XDA Trion is only available in Germany, hence only in German language.

If you want one of the equivalents, the Orange M3100 can be had for £50 from Orange shops on £40+ contracts (£150 for the phone for under £40 contracts)

The T-Mobile Vario II is £70 on Flext 35 (but it's an 18-month contract)

If you want to buy SIM-free, I think it's currently around £250-300 from auction sites.

The TyTN (and the equivalents) is an amazing phone in my opinion - it almost gets everything right (except for the shocking camera, but I didn't expect miracles from it anyway). Definitely recommended.

Are there any networks that support hsdpa at the moment? I was thinking of going with t-mobile for their cheap data charges.

I believe that all of Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile have enabled HSDPA on their networks.

Some of the individual TyTN phones do not have the HSDPA feature enabled by default in the firmware, but that can easily be fixed with a small program available at xda-developers.com

I've tested my connection (Orange) in Central London and I got around 500Kbps (if memory serves me correctly), which is certainly higher than the standard W-CDMA throughput of roughly 384Kbps, so it's a good indication that HSDPA is enabled on the networks.

If you're going to be using lots of data, there's very little choice but to go for T-Mobile really. I just wish they didn't use such a shocking maroon colour on their handset... Their colour scheme makes baby Jesus weep :p

I have the T-Mobile MDA Vario II on Web & Walk Pro it is supposed to be speeds up to 1.8Mb/Sec fastest I have managed is 1.1Mb/Sec which is well impressive :D

I personally like the colour of the unit, yes the Keyboard takes a bit of getting used to but TBH I don't use it as much as I should, but I like the overall Titanium Colour of the unit.
