Getting married, wanting to place some disposable flash cameras around venue for guests.
Any suggestions for cheap, bulk buy cameras.

Thanks

We just got ours from Tesco. Might be worth looking into the disposables that come with processing included.

Can't help you with the question im afraid, but what a great idea placing them around the place and get the guests snap away when they want to.:)

We done it at our wedding and it turned out brilliant, there we some crap photos but a decent percentage of them were great. We had our developed at Tesco and had them put them on to CD as it is cheaper and just re-scanned the negs for the ones we wanted.

For my up coming wedding, we are grabbing a load of reasonable priced film point and shoots off a well know auction site and providing the film to load into the cameras.

This way we should get better pictures as the lenses will be better, the cameras should be better, the framing opertunities will include close up and wider angle. We will have a choice of film, when it's darker we can bang in a load of ISO800,
we might use a load of B+W, and we can have a larger number of films available to use.

Oh...

Please don't bid against me at the moment ;)

We did that at our wedding, its a great idea and one thats becoming more common. Just hope that the grooms friends dont get too drunk and take the camera into the toilet with them!! (which is what happened to us) :P

I recommend black and whit ones if possible.
B & W hides a multitude of sins, either by the photographer or subject. ;)
