Before we begin all i use this machine for is Internet/Email/Media Server (PS3 is the media player)/ and Sage Instant Accounts. From time to time Sim City 4000 
I had a DFI Lanparty 975x thingy before and that was rock solid with 4GB Ram of mixed types. But after moving it died so i had to use my spare Abit IL9 Pro, but it's soooooo unstable. I get locks ups all the time with 4GB init but if i have just 2GB in the secondary slots all seems better. Still locks up but not as often.
So what i need is a replacment Mobo that doesn't cost a lot but is solid when the following is plugged in:-
2x Corsair CM2x1024 5400 C4
2x Cheap 1GB 5400 Memory (taken from a Dell Machine)
PCIe Nvidia 8400 GS
Intel E7200 2.5GHz
1x 320GB WD Sata
Promise Fasttrak TX4310
