G/F wants to replace her machine with a Windows 7 one, its an ancient Acer Aspire T120. I have spec'd up some parts from here, what do you think?. Budget is 350 ish

Gigabyte GA 880GM UD2H Micro ATX
Corsair Value 4GB 1333 Mhz
Seagate Barracude 250GB
OCZ StealthXStream 600W incase I want to add a card at some stage or o/c
