Retail is better as you get the heatsink with it and the extra warrenty. as you are getting an aftermarket cooler you'll bust benefit from the extra warrenty (worth the £10!)

You could probably get cheaper RAM I'd of thought (I cant check right now but will do shortly)

i have a GPU that i will use for now (radeon 6800) until i get something better
