191 option 2 option 1 or 44555 gives you a breakdown of the following details:
- Balance enquiry date
- Last Bill date
- Last Call time
- Amount unbilled
- Minutes used
- SMS sent
- GPRS used
Another useful option is to go to www.vodafone.co.uk, select My Vodafone and then register for online billing. Here it's possible to manage your account online and also view any unbilled usage, calls, texts and GPRS used. As previously advised, there is a period of 48 - 72 hours for data to be calculated and billed
There is currently a known fault with Vodafone using the 44555 service. This was raised as an assignment for further investigation on 9th September 2006, reference number 531877993. If anybody is still having difficulties it's possible to go to www.vodafone.co.uk, select the 'contact us' then 'email' option. If you include the below details and also the code FIT135 in your email this will route through to somebody who will pass on your information to Vodafone's technical department for further investigation:
- Name
- Mobile number / Account number
- Alternative contact number
Just to clarify and avoid any confusion. I work for Vodafone and the FIT135 command is a standard code used by Vodafone when responding to threads on internet message boards. The code can be entered when contacting customer services by email and it simply routes out the message and directs it to one of our customer services team who monitor internet message boards. It makes sure that the poster on the internet will get a reply.
