But I like going to the store and testing what I eat.

I could and do go to France and have cheese 2x better for 4x less, but it's just as easy to go there.

Which sites would you recommend then?

I'm a big fan of blue cheeses, similar to Stilton and nice strong Cheddars.
The Montgomery Cheddar from the shop above is very good.

The thing people do with Brie that murders it is to eat it cold from the 'fridge. It MUST be left to get back to room temperature first so that its v.v.soft. It improves the taste 1000%.

Yes! Adore halloumi, I normally griddle it with some olive oil and a twist of black pepper.

Bacon and brie baguette is my most common pub lunch sandwich, amazing.

Bliss. Even better a hot Panini packed with bacon and brie...........errrrrrrrrmmmm

(Being ciabatta or rosetta it works just a bit better than a standard baguette.)
