Quite a few chicken products don't have any of the 'stringy' consistency the meat usually has. I'm suprised you haven't assumed this happens up until now unless you haven't come across any.chicken mince hahahahahahaha are you serious?
It's nothing to be disgusted or sad over either, it's just a way of processing the meat and nothing is added.
