Children and Their Car Seats

I call upon the knowledge of OcUK to tell me what the legal age is for a child to be without a car seat.

My sister just called to ask me and god knows why.

I don't know the age limits or any actual laws but every child should be strapped in period!

On the journeys to work and back it really shocks me the amount of people that happily drive along with their kids climbing all over the back seats, don't these parents realise that the kids are gonna stand bugger all chance of survival if an accident happens. :mad:
