Childrens cartoon name... help!!

Right, i need some help. When i was a kid there was a children's cartoon i used to watch. I cant for the life of me remember what the name was. It had a group of kids and when they went to sleep, they became super heroes, one of them had a hover board, and one of the kids teddy bears came alive. The villain had a phone up one of his sleeves and was always on the phone to his mum.
Ive searched for ages on this with no luck. Please help
