Rather bored of waiting on GearBest to send me the Mi A1 since it was ordered on the 9th of September. They somewhat have me over a barrel as it was only £175 delivered, so I've contacted them today as I've seen Goldway have it for £175 before delivery and Eternal Team around the same.

I had the same with a Mi5S really cheap price but never came into stock.Got a refund and went elsewhere,had the phone 9 days later.

Is it necessary to unlock the bootloader to use ADB? I keep getting error messages including 'The device is temporarily restricted'.

i turned the phone on, selected English (United Kingdom),
it then says "select region"
Why is the UK not listed ?
there is no England, wales, Scotland, Ireland or the Isle of Man !

I selected France. If you to set up a UK phone number for a Mi Account later choose Guernsey to get the 44 code.

its going in a case anyway so doesn't matter what colour i chose, because your not going to see it
loving it so far , a little different, as on my moto, i have a button (basically same as the windows button on my keyboard) i dont have that on this phone, got "tools" and "google Apps" instead
Any advice for theme?
Currently a use theme "iOS Night" with a dark wallpaper. Looks very good indeed.
I use a few and then customise bits and bobs, using icons from one etc, ones I have are Angry earth, Fly OS,Abang, Butterfly, Abstract lines, Ballerina, Note edge light, Stock Megamod and Limitless. Thats most of them mate check them out. As I said I like to mix them up a bit.
