Chinese Takeaway food... suggestions?

I think I'll have to try something with duck next time I get a take-away... my usual is either sweet n sour chicken or crispy beef, I'm scared of change :(
 
it's a naturally occuring flavour enhancer (yes it has been 'extracted' but it is still naturally occurring..) and thus makes a lot of foods taste better.. it also occurrs naturally, in a lot of foods that we don't blame for causing chinese restaurant syndrome..

Really wish that documentary the bbc did not long ago about food additives was still on iplayer
