What's the player base like? I keep thinking about getting it, but don't wanna bother if it's just gonna die out in a few months or something.

should always be people playing. Not many games like this, but atm there are plenty of servers.

Pretty solid player base, as far as I've noticed. Friendly bunch for the most part, too. One thing that really needs to be taken for granted in this one is that team kills WILL happen, so no point raging.

Yea the vote system is massively flawed.. Got voted out the other night for "hacking" because I had a score of 26-19 lol!

To me this is my favorite game that came out last year.... I'm loving it!!! I play only on duel servers but it's great. TFU on here do they have a server there as I was on a TFU duel server last night.

Well, they are very different. I prefer Chivalry but they are both great games. This video might help

After playing both I find War of the Roses far better.
This may be because I play Archer mostly and WotR does it much better.

I love this game, so much fun... it takes quite a while to get used to because the weapons feel weighted and you need to time the swings to get a successful hit, but it feels satisfying to get a good kill. Man at Arms is my favourite at the moment, but will soon be trying of the spears etc.

Awesome game, but could do with updating a bit in places as it can feel a bit dated in places. Still a great game and worth buying!

MAA with fists is the most fun. Jump in, punch punch punch, jump away etc. I won a game 30:12 using just fists.

Vanguard is my fav with the zweihander and war axe, but it's a bit OP so I'm trying to mix it up. Hate archer with a passion unless it's for melee, although going spear is alright.
