BUY NOW !!

As I've already mentioned I bought one of these myself due to such a good deal and after reading and watching so many impressive reviews of this panel and its bigger 50" brother which uses the same panel. I believe at this price OcUK is the cheapest in the UK by upto as much as £500. :D This truly is an amazing deal. Check out this review for yourself of the 50" Q7 model which uses the same panel:-

Samsung Q7 Plasma Review

Im a little confused , is 1080i better then 1080p? ( most things only output in 1080p  )

Im looking into getting one just dont want to be left stranded if everything outputs in 1080p and i can only run it in the standard res.

Im proberly way off, and completey wrong but is quite a lot of money to be spending for me to get the wrong one.

Most things actually run in 720p/1080i. Sky HD does not transmit in 1080p at the moment. Xbox 360s are the same as well. Once HD-DVDs and Blu-Ray are out in full then 1080p will become mainstream. Have a look at this link as it will explain HDTV in more detail: http://www.homecinemachoice.com/cgi-bin/showarticle.php?articleid=918

For a 1080p TV you are looking around at a minimum of £1400+ so at £699.99 these are a bargain.
