It's free to play up to level 7 I think, they you have to sub if you want to level any further. First 7 levels are a free trial basically.
Didn't really like it myself, pretty but sterile, rubbish early quests, combat system that's trying to be clever but just ends up being annoying. I'll give it a go again in about 6 months, looked like it could have potential after a bit more development.
