City Link parcel sent to the wrong address?

I just enquired with the guy I bought the package from and was told that it had been delivered almost 2 weeks ago, and that some guy who I don't know had signed for it. What can I do about this? I'm not totally sure how a postman can mix up the address. It's not exactly ambiguous!

If it isn't your signature on the receipt then it's the sellers problem.

No it's not my signature... How is it the seller's problem if City Link delivered it..?

You can show it isn't your signature. Ask citylink for a copy of the delivery note they have. Get in touch with the people you bought from and go from there.

Because he is their customer, he contracted them to deliver to you and they did not. You need to take it up with him so that he can get the courier to investigate.
