Clamping on private land

Im correct in saying that clamping on private land is no longer legal aren't I? and if so could any kind soul please link me the reliant legislation or whatever please, google is being mean to me

It is not illegal yet, although it might be in Scotland.

It's been illegal in Scotland for a while now. It is not yet illegal in E&W.

Clamping is ok, it's the unjustifiable theft and extortion that follows, which is not.
