I'm just glad that the last weekend falls at the end of the month this year, that way we have spent all of October on BST (bar Sunday of course)

No there isn't, there are no plans to do this. Westminster have stated they aren't discussing it, Scotland want to change it though.

Private members bill so probably won't happen, although I no longer see the argument put forward for the current system about Scotland wanting it for the farmers/school kids. Fact is whenever I was going to school here it was dark anyway and dark on the way home, it didn't really help much.

Don't think so, but if you're on Windows Vista or 7, click the clock on the taskbar and it'll tell you.
