Nope once you run out of grip no fancy traction/stablity control system is going to stop you spinning

In the video it looks like he makes a slight turn which swings the back end out only a small amount but loses grip!

Being a track day it's likely he had DSC off. That said he did hit some standing water as he cornered.

that depends on if it's wet or dry

but yes good tyres with decent tread = car stay on track better

Too much gas on the exit. should have learnt that there was no grip from the previous corner really. Daft idea to stand at the side of a wet racetrack filming too
