My ReadyNAS runs Netgear's butchered version of Debian Linux (and has a 3GHz Core2Duo), so hopefully there's a way of installing the client "uploader" component on it to send it all up to Crashplan's cloud...

I don't want to do the maths on how long 10TB upload will take on my internet connection though!

What would be the point? You can probably download it faster from the steam servers than from this if you happen to lose your game installs lol

Can this be used to store 3tb of multimedia in the cloud and then for example allow my brother to download from it as a way to accessing my mutlimedia?

Took advantage, 668gb of media uploading right now. It was estimating me 3 months 3 weeks to upload but now it is the quieter time of night, it is saying 20 days. Not that bad.

Yup, works fine. I've got it running on my home server. Been running over night every night since July uploading a total of 1.6TB of data, only a couple of weeks to go!

Quick question on mobile stuff...can it only be linked to one Android account or can my and my missus Android account be linked to it? If so does that count as 2 of the up to 10 computers in the family pack?
