CNPS9500-LED on a P5W DH Deluxe

Guys,
Will the CNPS9500-LED fit on my mobo okay.
I have scoured these forums for a new CPU cooler and decided the zalman 9500 is the one for me, unless of course someone can sway me.
Do you have to remove the mobo to fit this cooler.
