I was looking into getting a SatNav for my Hero, instead of getting a new one for the car.
Ive tried a few free ones and they all kinda work OK, but i was wondering if anyone has used Copilot? Ive seen there have been a few updates since its release/reviews so has improved such as text to speech and a newer map. How well does it stack up against "normal" sat navs? Any major issues using it with a hero?

I've got it on my Magic running the Cyanogen mod roms, as a sat nav it's good, but I will say that several times now it's completely hung (as in remove battery time) on me,

I can only guess that's down to using the Cyanogen mod stuff, but still not ideal...

I have it - works great. Only thing id say is that you really need a in car charger and holder to go with it; it will drain the battery. You could buy ti from the markey and i think you can refund it within 24 hours i think so why not try it?

i bought this off the market, had one force close and it crashed/restarted my phone on minimise once. can slow down abit (but i think thats because i have too much running at once) other than that i think it kicks tom toms ass which i own also better than orange navigation and i prefer it to N-drive and navman softwares

***** :)
