At least 50% of my day involves fixing coding errors and general **** ups by every other staff member, a handy tip I've found though: claim ignorance of who made errors, send an email round to every member of staff in that department until someone admits it, CC everyone on the entire ongoing conversation, eventually I'm hoping people get shamed into to checking their code before making sites and apps live.
