I've had quite a few good ones but here's a couple -
1) About 6 years ago I was unpacking my wife's new phone, put the battery in and 1 minute later it rang so I answered.
The guy on the other end just started talking "Paul, we're coming your party tonight but I can't work out where you live. You say you live in **** village and you turn by the pub, go down a thin lane past a little pond and your house is in front blah blah blah".
At that point I stopped him and said that it wasn't Paul but I may know who he was talking about.
We confirmed that it was my drummer at the time and he had rang the very last digit wrong.
What were the chances of that?
2) My mate wasn't Ebay literate and had seen some Stoke City DVDs for sale and asked me if I would order them for him.
The bloke who drove me to work asked if I could find out if an old BBC Horror series was now on DVD (Tales Fromn The Crypt!!) so I said I would look.
The first coincidence was that the bloke selling the SCFC DVDs (and loads of other team DVDs) also sold the BBC one.
I then asked for his address where I could send the cheque and this was the best.
(The numbers have been changed)
One of my mates lived at 100 Smithpool Road, Fenton and the other mate lived at 50 Smithpool Road, Fenton but the seller lived at 90 Smithpool Road, Fenton

What were the chances of that?
