Cold Tub of Water

Any ideas on how to keep a tub of water cool, It doesnt matter if it freezes but It only needs to extract the heat enough to keep it below room temps.

I'd drop a pelt in there but thats probly gonna cause more problems than it solves

Connect a phase unit to it, that will chill it.
