I am looking for some help regarding picture quality on my AOC G2590PX/G2 144Hz TN monitor. I have the monitor hooked up to an RTX 2060 through the DisplayPort connection. Here is an example of the grainy and colour banding issues I am having:

I have tried:
1) Using the HDMI connection. The issue persists.
2) Tweaking the settings on the Nvidia Control Panel under the headings "Change resolution", "Adjust desktop colour settings" and "Adjust video colour settings". Dynamic Range is set to full. The monitor is running at 1920 x 1080 at 144 Hz.
3) Adjusting the OSD settings. No combination of settings seems to fix this issue.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Could this be an issue with the panel used in the monitor?
