Compete in the Championship in Pro Evo?

Is there any way to compete in the Championship in Pro Evo 2010?

Tried the following patch...

But there are no Championship teams.
Want to take Preston all the way to the top of the Premiership.

its always been a headache for me trying to add more stuff with kitserver etc in previous versions..
Not the easiest game to mod, and the modders dont release simple .exe files or anything.
