Complete numpty gets what he deserves from the Police...!

What a complete and utter chopper, i have the utmost respect for those police officers, i would never have had the patience to deal with that the way they did.

Freeman of the land mental illness. I feel sorry for him just like I would anyone born with a retardation, I hope he gets the help he needs.

What an absolte bell end, hope they throw the book at him and crush the car, very well dealt with by the police.

There's never a part 4, they never admit that they lost in the end.

At the end of the day, you can argue until you're blue in the face about who has what legal power, only one person will end up in handcuffs, and it won't be the policeman.

There's another one with a motorcyclist with no helmet floating around. Again, that stops at the point he's arrested.

It appears he's read the first sentence and said "wahoo, my right to travel still exists!" and then completely ignored the rest of the letter - deciding that the Magna Carta (or somesuch) overrules it.

I believe they call that the "no backsies" school of jurisprudence.

Normally on the cop shows they ask the people they stop to please step out of the car and come and take a seat in the cops vehicle, I don't remember ever seeing someone refuse, so how come this guy was allowed to sit in his car?

Handy hint.

No matter if you havent got the foggiest idea what you have been pulled for, get out of the vehicle first, before being asked.
And be friendly, "Hello officer, how can I help you, was I doing something wrong?"

As long as you dont get one of the mouth breathers it usually helps your chances of getting off scott free.

I think you are allowed to stay in your car if you want. The police only ask you to get out and sit in their vehicles because it makes the whole process more convenient for them.

I would have arrested him for wasting police time. And lost the key.

I bet he's got loads of friends.

But on cars with 1 motor per wheel the is no drive train and no mechanical propulsion. (maybe this is why no licence was needed for that Sinclair electric vehicle in the 70's?)

If there's no drivetrain... how are the motors (independent per wheel or not) connected to the wheels?

Even a teeny wheeny little connection counts as a drivetrain... in that scenario, the car would have 4 :p

Errr, no.

Are you not aware of people pretending to be cops nicking cars?

He said get out of the car and go talk to them, not give them your keys and let them drive away in it/seize it without question.
