can i ask have you ever used this chair. if so is it comfortable as doesnt look like its got much padding

im also looking for chair and already have the viking one the op gone for. looking for something a bit more comfier

No i have never used that one exactly. I have used the leap the other one listed, and they are near enough the same chair apart from the leap is the model up with a slightly different back support.

There is minimal padding on them just enough to keep you comfy, after all they are task chairs. They are designed to keep you in the correct posture and make you want to get up every now and again to stretch your legs. That one I listed there is the very top of the line with all the bells and whistles and would probably set you back close to £600 new. And will easy last 10+ years. Where as the Viking ones you will be luck to get 2 years and it still look in reasonable condition.

I've been buying chairs around 50 quid all my life and they had always broke in a couple of years. This time I'm gona go big and get one for around 100. Anyone got any suggestions?

I had this same kind of generic chair for 3 years before the back of the chair gave way, was comfortable with enough padding for < morbidly obese people.

I've bought 3 of these in the past 6 or 7 years. I'm currently on my 3rd one and it's beginning to lose it's edge after 1.5 years or so.

I'm fed up with these types breaking up after 2 years. I need a heavy duty 24 hour use chair. I weight an average 70kg for my height. Maybe it's the way I sit on them or I use them longer than they are meant to be used... so looks like a heavy duty 24 hour chair is what I need.
