Computer for small business, have 800 to spend

Need something quiet, Fast and most importantly reliable. The computer has to be on 24/7 and 2 other computers will be linked to it. Doesnt need all the bells and whistles...basic connectivity..USB etc

I already know a few things i will for sure use, as my current build uses them and i like them..

Case- Corsair obsidian
Cooling Noctua
PSU Corsair (undecided on which one)
Drives Samsung SSD

Really, its the MOBO, processor and RAM i need to decide on. I like gigabyte, and i know i will get an intel processor. RAM doesnt need to be anything flashy.

The trick is to keep the cost down, but to have the most current processor..

Thoughts or suggestions?

Not sure I follow, what is the usage of this machine you're looking to put together that you'd link two other computers to it? Are you looking at building a render box or something?

Can you elaborate on what it's being used for and why it's being liked to 2 other computers?

If it's purely going to be used for office applications, web and email then get an i3, SSD, 8GB ram and then spend the rest on a small server or a NAS with RAID and a backup solution.

its for a car hire company..

we use a booking software with an added online booking system, thats linked to the company that makes the software...

Im not sure how exactly the system works, as i never asked in detail...but its something like the other computers are linked to existing main computer (which i will be replacing) because the main computer has the software/server that connects to the booking software companies servers.

I was hoping to get at least an i5 processor...
