Computer on TV

Have you got overscan turned on in your TV settings? Have a look in your advanced picture settings on the telly, make sure picture overscan is turned off. Also on ATI cards there is a scaling option in the CCC, i'm not sure if nvidia has a similar thing but it's worth a look if the tv's settings are fine.
 
Try looking in the Nvidia control panel, see if there is a scaling option like on the Radeon's, that works for mine on my plasma tv.
