Hmm i just dont think he can extrapolate the expected performance of the + chips with an engineering sample this far out.
Look what happened last year, everybody thought ~3Ghz or so and the 1800 ended up with a much higher base clock.

Those that know me know i have been saying the same thing about PcPer for years, their conflict of interests and bias is obvious, i'm glad someone had the guts to call them out.

Iether he's stupid and has no clue about API's, what they do and what Mantle is or he set it up deliberately so he could make that conclusion.

I'd say yes. Most people with a certain level of intelligence would know not to watch the video.
I'd much rather tech journalists review hardware/software then go on crusades against each other.
Jim does sometimes raise some good issues and has reasonable ideas but I dont see the point of this latest video other then to try and bash someone that doesnt do things as he wants everyone too so have un subbed him.

This one was more subdued but we've come to know that all of his videos include some kind of bashing.
Then he complains that his "fans" go ahead and do it.
If I'm honest this might be the best video he has done so far. I'll be grabbing my popcorn indeed
