Connect Belinea 102035W to Xbox 360

The belinea has 2 inputs: VGA and DVI

I am confused on how i should connect the 360 to the monitor and what cables will be required, i want to run in a High Definition resolution with the best image quality.

I have found:
3rd party DVI cables to connect the 360 to monitor
Official Microsoft VGA cables to connect 360 to monitor.

Which to get? Also what happens to sound? Can i connect this to my monitor speakers?

I have Creative Inspire 5.1 5300 speakers for my PC but all 3 inputs are used up (black green orange) splitter to connect both 360 and pc?

Presuming that you want to use the DVI for your PC and use the VGA for the 360, the HD VGA cable should be perfect. Get the official one though as some of the cheaper ones are a bit dodgy.

VGA cable comes with red/white audio outputs and a little adaptor to convert to 3.5 mm (the audio input your monitor takes).

Couldn't be easier, and let's you game in HD.
