@CorsairChris might be able to lend some knowledge

Note: Remote control and cables for connecting to the Corsair Commander Pro RGB LED Controller or to the JCORSAIR header of a motherboard are not included with the package.

Specification:
- Dimensions: approx. 70 x 50 x 38 mm (L x W x D)
- Weight: approx. 45 g
- Colour: Black

Connectors:
- 6x 4-pin (for fan)
- 1x 3-pin (for controller / remote control / JCORSAIR header)
- 1x SATA (for power connection)

seems like you still need the cable, did the mobo vendor supply it in the box?

Hey RobTI

This question has actually stumped me. The hub is the right product to connect the fans too, but i'm not sure if it includes the cable to motherboard.

Are you based in the UK? If it doesn't have the cable with it, reply to this thread and i'll get a cable from my collection mailed out to you.

Cheers

@CorsairChris
Hi so ordered the hub and have had a good read up on this and it appears as far as I can see that the cable isn’t supplied with the hub and Corsair don’t sell it on its own,a few posts on the USA forum, so could I take you up on your offer of a cable to connect the hub to the Corsair header.
Thanks

Interesting to that in the US third parties make the cables ...

Also seeing the make converters for mobo 3 pin Argb headers ...

https://m.ebay.com/sch/piratedog_tech/m.html

Seems the extension cables in the Lighting Pro kits are the ones that are needed

You are correct, the extension cables do come a plenty in the lighting node pro kit!

any way to Push Corsair to include the extra cable needed in future packs or assist mobo vendors with the cable needed?

you prob could make a neat ££ on selling a converter from your RGB box to ARGB 3 pin headers found on asus/gigabyte/asrock that dont feature a JCorsair header :)

An ARGB header on those boards wouldn't be able to run our fans, only JCORSAIR1 header on MSI motherboards, due to the fact our fans only are compatible with ICUE.

Going to send an email about the cable in the future packs now.
