+1 on this. I see it all the time on my 20 mile commute to work and it is happening more frequently. . It has got to the point where it is quicker for me to take a detour round some country lanes which adds about 2 miles onto my journey.

I drove right along the A27 out of Romsey behind 6 cars headed by a tractor yesterday, all because the 150 year old in the fiesta behind the tractor just would not overtake. Probably because he was driving too close to see anything but silage bags. There's 2 sections there where I could have engaged warp 5 and taken the lot of them, just. But if the car behind the fiesta decided to pass you just know they won't look in their mirror.

Followed 2 john lewis truck up a bit of the a1 which had a nice big sticker on the back saying limited to 40mph on single carriage ways.

And why do people pull into the fast lane doing 60 when you are 20ft away doing 70 (+/- 20) and the pull back in 20 seconds later.

Oh and the people doing 40 in a 60 zone just don't know how to reset the cruise control !

This, People really don't know what the NSL sign means or what the speed limit is on country roads.

I also really hate the ones that brake constantly, every slight bend, like they are really nervous.

I have a way of dealing with this... drop back, drop a gear, hammer down, wait for boost.. pwnt.

This is part of the reason why i don't think i'd be able to go back to a slow car. You really do forget how much more difficult it was to overtake stuff in a 1.x car.

Lack of road education, lack of caring.

It's hilarious when they get angry at you for overtaking them, flashing their lights and even speeding up so you can see them in your mirrors making various hand signals, morons.

As for cruising about I'm guilty of that but i always stick at the speed limits, It's weird but Fourbys have a good effect on my driving attitude & mellow me right out, If i am in a quick car i get instant rage & over take dangerously.
I'm better off in summit slow.

Same people that always go 1mph faster than the traffic on the inside lane of a dual carriage, as if it justifies staying in the right lane forever, thus avoiding the use of mirrors. Basically people that are trying to avoid the decision making side of driving by doing one thing that seems to work in the majority of situations.

Think it's associated with tailgating too. Driving so close to the car in front that you're forced to do exactly what they do. Ignoring the fact that you have absolutely no chance of avoiding stuff in the road, potholes etc. and that it's really, really annoying.
