Contacting eBay - quite urgent

Hi there,

I have bought a car from off ebay and I want to take out my free 7 day insurance they offer. However, the email address on ebay is old and the account is now closed :/ So when I won the auction they sent me the reference and phone number for the free insurance. I cant access this.

So I have contacted ebay through the usual email way. However, I think their reply will be slow judging on previous experience. I need to get this insurance today ideally. Have they got a phone number I can ring?

Nevermind, apparently I have to be 25 to insure it with them.
