Convert youtube videos to play on WMP without needing codecs

I would like to be able to play youtube videos on a computer that has no access to youtube.com and is restricted so i am unable to install any codecs on it.

The computer i'd like to play the videos on runs WinXP and WMP9 i think.

Any ideas how i can convert it to play on the restricted PC's?

What about try www.mediaconverter.org has a variety of codecs to use.
