I volunteer for a charity once a week and recently they've had me doing some IT work for them. They usually send out a newsletter with a PDF document attached as a newsletter. The document is written in word first then converted to PDF.
They would ideally like the newsletter as part of the e-mail itself, not an attachment. I've tried just to copy and paste the word document into the e-mail but it doesn't come out right, is there anything else I could do?
