Cooking a gammon joint

I just roasted my gammon joint under foil. It took the same length of time as my turkey so it seemed the obvious method.

Pepsi max does not have any sugar iirc. You may be loosing a nice crust when you bake it after broiling it.

Definitely need to be using real coca cola for this to work. Sugar is the key.
