I was planning to cook a variation on corned beef hash, but using liver and chicken in place of the corned beef.
4 medium taters chopped, boiled for 10 mins then sauted till golden brown.
Popped them in the oven to keep warm.
Half an onion, 1 large flat mushroom, 1 leek, and 1 clove of garlic chopped.
250g of liver and a chicken breast chopped and stuck in pan.
Seasoned with salt, pepper and a good amount of cayenne pepper.
Pop in the veg with a drop of sunflower oil and some more cayenne.
Fry for 10 mins.
Now at this point I was going to add some worchestershire sauce, but I was scuppered when I found the bottle empty
So in went a good few slugs of reggae reggae sauce.
Simmer for another 10 mins or so, then serve with the taters
Doesn't look much, but it tastes pure win
Cheap as chips too! 500g of liver cost a quid from a tesco express
